Pembrokeshire's Finest

Golf Courses

The locality has some stunning and challenging golf courses. They are predominately links courses that treat the player to some truly spectacular scenery. Newport links is an 18 hole golf course just three miles drive from Cnapan.

Newport Links Golf Course - 18 Holes
Newport Links is situated in on the Pembrokeshire Coastal path. Just a 2 minute drive from the wonderfully picturesque town of  Newport, nestled under Carningli (Mountain of the Angels) on the Nevern estuary.

Aside from the stunning scenery on all sides and the usual climatological challenges of a true links course, Newport links also has an interesting history.

Cardigan Golf Course - 18 Holes
Cardigan Golf Club is a beautiful golf course which offers a challenge to a golfer of any skill level. Located in Cardigan, Ceredigion, it features a club house and a pro shop for visitors. The course is an excellent place to go if you value a scenic experience with your golf adventure. It offers great challenges due to the naturally breezy conditions that you will find there. People travel from all over the world to experience all that the club has to offer.

Priskilly Golf Course, Letterston - 18 Holes
Founded in 1992, Priskilly Forest Golf Club is renowned for its warm welcome and challenging course set in picturesque parkland.

The Golf Club is approached through a scenic drive, and is set in mature parkland surrounded by rhododendrons, oaks and sycamore - a natural habitat where wild flowers and birds prevail.

Greens and Fairways are immaculately kept, and boast panoramic views stretching from Strumble Head coastline across to the Preseli Hills, proving a challenge to the experienced golfer and beginner alike with the 9th hole being one of the best closing Par 5 holes in the county.

Haverfordwest Golf Course - 18 Holes
A parkland course, which has stunning views including the Preseli Mountains to the north and the castles of Haverfordwest and Roch. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park footpath is only 6 miles away.

They offer a warm welcome to visitors and we will do our very best to ensure that you enjoy your visit to one of Pembrokeshire’s friendliest golf clubs to the full.

Visitors are welcome throughout the week (including Bank Holidays) and we have a range of Society packages available.

St Davids City Golf Course - 9 Holes
St. Davids City Golf Club is the most westerly course in Wales. A 9 hole course with 18 tees which is playable all year round. No Winter Greens, no Winter Tees, no muddy feet! The Golf Club is a 2 minute drive from St.Davids, Britain's smallest city.

The views have to be seen to be believed, alongside the popular Pembrokeshire Coast Path, overlooking Whitesands Bay and St.Davids Head. The views are some of the best scenery the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park has to offer, looking out over Ramsey Sound and the infamous 'Bitches' stretch of water just off Ramsey Island.

Tenby Golf Course - 18 Holes
Conveniently situated close to Tenby Town Centre, Tenby Golf Club is easily accessible by car or train.

The classic links course is renowned for its natural rolling terrain, superb fast, true greens and spectacular sea views; traversing the links land between the railway line and the sea.

Our favourite phrase is "When it rains it drains", due to the sandy links sub soil, so no wading through muddy conditions. Consequently, electric buggies are usually available for use on the course all year round.
