Spicy seafood chowder with mussels, crevette and smoked haddock

Creamy chicken liver and smoked bacon pâté with a dried fruit compote

Crab and smoked salmon roulade with a lime & sweet chilli mayonnaise  

Seared scallops with crispy pancetta with a lemon and laverbread butter

Moroccan spiced pork balls with a warm tomato relish and minted yoghurt

Confit of Duck with spiced baked plums and a cranberry and orange jus

Honey glazed breast of corn-fed chicken with chorizo and red pepper sauce

Venison fillet served with juniper and redcurrant sauce with a hint of dark chocolate

Pan-fried Welsh Black beef with horseradish dumplings and cracked pepper sauce

Cutlets of Welsh Lamb with herby lentils and an anchovy and rosemary butter

Marinated monkfish and tiger tail kebab  with a salsa verde dressing
